The app supports services in countries like Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, the USA, Germany, the UK, Spain, France, China, Singapore, and many more. In total, over 1,300 services are supported globally.
3. How many parcels can I track at once?
There is no limit. You can track an unlimited number of parcels simultaneously.
4. Can I track a parcel across multiple postal services?
Yes. TrackChecker Mobile allows you to track a single tracking number on up to 10 different services at the same time for maximum accuracy.
5. How do tracking updates work?
You can choose between manual or automatic updates for each tracking number. You can also set a custom update frequency for more control over how often your parcels are checked.
6. Will I be notified of changes in tracking status?
Yes. The app notifies you of new events using vibration, sound, or LED light alerts.
