White Noise Sound Bank

Necrophonic also includes an optional ninth bank called White Noise. This bank can be used independently or alongside the other eight, allowing access to up to nine sound banks simultaneously.

The audio in this bank is sourced from the internal sounds of the DR60 recorder, often referred to as the “Holy Grail” of EVP recorders. This is not a white noise generator; rather, it is a standard sound bank containing authentic white noise recorded from the DR60.

Audio Effects

The app includes built-in Echo and Reverb effects, commonly used during ITC sessions.

• Echo can create repeat patterns that may be manipulated within the effect itself. It can also assist with live, real-time communication by repeating audio, making potential responses easier to hear.

• Reverb adds depth and space to the audio environment, enhancing overall sound texture and allowing for greater audio manipulation.
